- Damaged Product Received
- Expired Product Received
- Less Quantity Delivered than what was ordered
- Incorrect Product Delivered
- Packaging Tampered During Transit
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Email us at hashmihairoil@gmail.com with your Order ID, a clear photo of the issue, and your contact number
Important Notes:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns or replacements will not be accepted for reasons like change of mind or dislike of fragrance/texture.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they fall under the conditions above.
Once your return/replacement request is approved, we’ll coordinate with our courier partners for pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.
